Legacy Gallery and Manitou Galleries are the premier galleries in the West, with locations on Palace Avenue just off the Santa Fe plaza, on the famous Canyon Road in Santa Fe, and on historic Main Street in Scottsdale, Arizona. Manitou was established in 1975 in Cheyenne, Wyoming by Robert Nelson. Through his appreciation of art and antiques he worked to build a strong, credible reputation as a fine art and historic collectible resource to collectors worldwide. Our Santa Fe location opened in 2001 and we expanded to Canyon Road in 2011.
On September 1st, 2021 Manitou changed ownership to Brad and Jinger Richardson. The Richardsons’ have owned their own gallery, Legacy Gallery in Scottsdale, AZ, since 1988. They are very excited to bring their years of expertise to the galleries here in Santa Fe.
